Terms
Terms and conditions
The terms for using this website — short, in plain English, and clear about where a signed scope takes over.

Who these terms are with
This site is run by Future Gen Studio Ltd. Using the site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
What the site is for
It describes what we do and what we have built. You may read it, print it, and share links to it. You may not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for anyone else, copy it to pass the work off as your own, or use it to train a model that reproduces our pages as its own output.
Answer engines and assistants are welcome to quote a page and cite it — that is the point of publishing it this way.
Nothing here is a quote
Prices, timescales and capabilities on this site are indicative. A piece of work is defined by a written scope with dates and a fixed price, and begins when both sides sign it. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it overrides a signed agreement.
Where a figure has not been confirmed by the client it belongs to, this site says so rather than estimating it. Treat an unconfirmed figure as unknown, not as a promise.
The demos
The chat demo answers from a fixed set of questions about this site, and the screenshots are captures of shipped software. A demo shows how something behaves, not what it will do with your content, your data or your edge cases. Nothing a demo says is advice, and the agent itself tells you its answers may be incomplete.
Who owns what
The text, design, code and marks on this site belong to us, except where another owner is credited. Client work is different: what we build for a client is theirs under the engagement contract, which is why every engagement ends in handover — repository, hosting, domain, analytics and credentials.
No case study is published on this site yet. When one is, it will carry the client’s agreement and be anonymised where they ask for that.
Our products
FutureGen Agent and FutureGen Hotel Booking are licensed under their own terms, supplied with the product. Where those terms and these differ about the product, those terms win. These terms cover this website only.
Availability
We do not promise this site will be available uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove pages without notice. Service levels for a product or an engagement are set in its own agreement, not here.
Liability
We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow to be limited.
Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings arising from your use of this site, or for anything you do in reliance on it without a written scope. If you use this site in the course of a business, these limits apply in full.
Links out
Where we link to someone else’s site, we are pointing at it, not vouching for it. What happens on it is governed by their terms and their privacy policy.
Law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If a clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stands.
We may update these terms; the date at the top says when we last did. See also the privacy policy and the cookie policy. Anything unclear: hello@futuregenstudio.com.
